Applying to OMC
Thank you for your interest in Our Mother of Consolation Parish School. We are honored that you are considering OMC for your child’s education and look forward to getting to know your family. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about the admissions process including important dates, application requirements, and what to expect along the way. Our admissions team is here to answer your questions, guide you through each step, and help make the process as smooth and informative as possible.
Application Process
The following steps will guide you through the enrollment process at OMC.
STEP 1
Inquire
Start by telling us more about your family and your interest in Our Mother of Consolation Parish School. Complete our inquiry form, and a member of our admissions team will be in touch to answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.
STEP 2
Visit
The best way to experience Our Mother of Consolation is to see it in person! Attend one of our monthly First Friday Open Houses or schedule a private tour to explore our school, visit state-of-the-art classrooms, meet our teachers, and learn more about our community.
STEP 3
Apply
After your visit, our team will provide you with our simple online application. Application requirements may vary by grade level. Once completed, our admissions team will review your application and contact you to schedule a shadow day.
STEP 4
Shadow & Interview
Prospective students spend a day experiencing life at OMC alongside OMC students. The visit concludes with a meeting with the Principal, giving your family the opportunity to ask questions while ensuring OMC is the right fit.
STEP 5
Decision
Once your child’s application is complete, our admissions team will carefully review each component of the process. Families will then receive an admissions decision along with information about the next steps.
STEP 6
Enrollment
Accepted families will submit their enrollment deposit and complete the required enrollment forms by the admissions deadline. Families applying for tuition assistance will also complete the financial aid process, if applicable.
Open Houses
Please join us for an upcoming open house to learn more about OMC’s academics, school life, and programs. Open houses are held at 10:00 a.m. on the first Friday of each month. Registration is appreciated but not required. RSVP by filling out an inquiry form.
