Academics
A Commitment to Excellence
Grounded in Catholic values, OMC educates the whole child, nurturing intellectual curiosity, character, and a lifelong love of learning. Our small size allows teachers to know each student personally and tailor instruction to help every child reach his or her full potential. Supported by advanced classroom technology, modern learning spaces, and partnerships with leading educational, cultural, and community organizations throughout the Philadelphia region, our academic program prepares students to think critically, solve problems, and grow as leaders. Eighth graders graduate from OMC ready to embrace the opportunities and challenges of high school with confidence.
In 2026, OMC received the Archdiocese of Philadelphia School of Distinguished Instruction award for Exceeding Potential.
Academic Outcomes
The strength of an OMC education is reflected in the success of our graduates. Built on a foundation of academic excellence, personal attention, and character development, our students leave eighth grade prepared to thrive in high school and beyond. Each year, they earn admission to many of the region’s most respected Catholic, independent, and public schools.
